Cupping (Hijamah)

Cupping, also known as Hijamah, is a treatment taught and practiced by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ mentioned cupping as one of the best treatments (Sahih al-Bukhari 5696). He ﷺ also mentioned cupping as a means of healing (Sahih al-Bukhari 5680). Cupping is a way of seeking treatment but healing comes from Allah alone. Cupping does not have special powers and does not cure every illness. Our approach is based on Tawheed, believing that Allah alone is worthy of worship. We put our trust in Allah alone. We help you understand Hijamah, its benefits and how it is performed upon The Qur’aan & Sunnah as Understood by the Salaf (Pious Predecessors) of this Ummah.
