This course teaches children how to read the Qur’an correctly using three books: Qaida Noorania, Qaida Baghdadiyyah and Yassarnal Quran. Students will learn Arabic letters, their sounds, joined letters, short and long vowels, Tanween, Sukoon, Shaddah and important Tajweed rules. They will also learn how to read Arabic words and Qur’anic verses correctly. Through reading practice, revision and oral assessments, children will improve their pronunciation, remember important reading rules and build confidence in reading the Qur’an independently.
