Students will learn that Tawheed means worshipping Allah alone. They will learn that knowing Allah is the Creator is not enough if a person worships others besides Him.
Understanding Shirk
Students will learn what Shirk means and why it is dangerous. They will learn about directing acts of worship to someone or something besides Allah.
Common Doubts
Students will study common doubts people may use to defend calling upon or worshipping others besides Allah. They will learn how these doubts are answered.
Du’a and Worship
Students will learn that Du’a is an act of worship. They will learn why Du’a and other acts of worship must be directed to Allah alone.
Intercession
Students will learn the correct meaning of intercession. They will learn that intercession belongs to Allah and only happens with His permission.
Prophets and Righteous People
Students will learn to love and respect the prophets and righteous people without worshipping them. They will learn that worship belongs only to Allah.
Times of Ease and Hardship
Students will learn that Muslims should call upon Allah during both easy and difficult times. They will learn to depend upon Allah and worship Him alone.
Answering Doubts
Students will learn how the Qur’an and Sunnah answer doubts about Tawheed and Shirk. They will learn to look at the evidence and understand it correctly.
Protecting Tawheed
Students will learn how knowledge can protect them from confusion and wrong beliefs. They will learn to stay firm upon Tawheed and worship Allah alone.
