Consent & Sexual Assault Support

Experiencing sexual assault or a violation of consent can have a serious impact on your mental health. Our Consent & Sexual Assault Support service helps survivors understand what happened, process their feelings and regain a sense of safety and control.

You Are Not Alone

After a sexual assault, it is normal to experience a wide range of emotions such as anger, fear, sadness or self-blame. Speaking to someone who believes you and listens with care is an important step toward healing. Counselling can help you start processing your experience and regain control over your life. Research shows that accessing support in a safe and compassionate environment can make recovery faster and more complete. You can seek help whenever you are ready and it is normal to want to move forward at your own pace.
