This course is based on the Al-Ḥā’iyyah , a short poem written by Imam Ibn Abi Dawood, the son of the famous hadith scholar Imam Abu Dawood. The poem has 33 lines and teaches key Islamic beliefs in a simple way. It covers belief in Allah, following the Prophet ﷺ, avoiding religious innovations (bid‘ah), loving the Prophet’s companions and belief in the Day of Judgment.
