Having thoughts of suicide or hurting yourself can be very painful and confusing. Our Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention Support is here to help you stay safe, find hope and begin to heal.
You Are Not Alone
If you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, you may feel sad, hopeless or like no one understands. These feelings can be very hard but you do not have to go through them alone. Talking to someone who listens and cares is an important first step. We can help you feel supported, stay safe and find ways to cope. The sooner you get help in a safe place, the more hopeful and stronger you can feel. Support is always here when you are ready.
Who Can Get Support
Anyone age 13 or older in Ontario and nearby areas who is struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm. Support is also open for family, friends and caregivers who are worried about someone at risk.

• Caring support for people with suicidal thoughts or self-harm
• Safety planning and crisis help
• Simple coping tools for hard feelings
• Advice for family and friends on how to give support
• Referrals to counselling, therapy and other community services
