Anti-Bullying

Experiencing bullying can affect your mental health. Our Anti-Bullying Support helps people understand what is happening, manage their feelings and feel safe again.

You Are Not Alone

Bullying can make you feel angry, scared or alone. Talking to someone about your experience and being believed is very important. Counselling can help you start healing, cope with stress and regain control over your life. You deserve support from a trained counsellor who can give you the time and care you need to feel safe. Research shows that the sooner someone can talk about their bullying experience in a safe and supportive place, the faster and more complete the healing can be. It is normal to want to avoid thinking about it or try to move on. You can get support whenever you are ready.
