Course Information

This course is based on Al-Qaai’da Al-Nooraaniya by Sheikh Noor Muhammad Haqqani and helps beginners improve their Arabic pronunciation using his proven method. Al-Qaidah An-Nooraniah is highly effective for teaching children to read the Holy Quran with proper Tajweed. If a child begins at age 4 and practices An-Nooraniah for 15 minutes daily, by age 5 they can read the Quran with Tajweed, in-sha’Allah. The method is also ideal for new Muslims too, enabling them to learn correct Quranic recitation from the start. Additionally, it provides an excellent self-paced learning tool for adults to enhance their Tajweed in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Shaykh Haytham Sarḥān was born in 1971 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and now lives in Madīnah an-Nabawiyyah. He is a teacher, scholar and author who helps people learn about Islam and the Arabic language. He studied with many well-known scholars and learned the Qur’an, Hadith, Islamic beliefs (Aqīdah), Fiqh and other important subjects. Shaykh Haytham is known for teaching in a careful and clear way, helping students memorize and understand the books he teaches. He has written many books and explanations of important Islamic texts. His books and lessons have been translated into many languages, making it easy for people all over the world to learn from him. Noor Muhammad al-Haqqani, born in 1856 in Punjab. He authored the famous Noorani Qaidah, a practical primer that transformed Quranic learning for beginners worldwide and established schools. He passed away in 1925, leaving behind a lasting legacy continued by his descendants in Pakistan.
